Welcome to the Order form! To order your Creative Custom Card Box, card box embellishments like our new Swarovski Crystals and/ or accessories like a Custom Cake Topper or some Cake Table Letters, simply select the options you’d like to purchase from each Drop-Down Menu.
By filling out this Order Form you are committing to order your product from our site; this is not a quote form. Your are also acknowledging that you have read and agreed to our Terms and Conditions and read over our FAQ. If you would like a quote on something special, please Contact Us.
Upon receipt of your order form, we will send you an invoice through PayPal. Payment is required within 5 (FIVE) business days. After that your order will be canceled.
Once we receive notice of your payment, we will email you a Design Specifications Form on which you will detail the specifics of your order not included in your online order form.
*Please keep in mind that our current wait time is 5 weeks which means you must place your order AND send us your completed Design Specifications Form by no later than 5 weeks before the event date/need-by date. We are happy to accommodate orders placed less than 5 weeks to the event date. These are RUSH orders and you must choose the RUSH SHIPPING option on the order form.*

When you are ready to complete your order, simply check out through the PAYPAL site.
